i have been activated as sme for the past few weeks. at first it was good coz i was not taking in calls. but being an sme is not easy coz you have to assist your coleagues with their calls. they have calls that are difficult to assist since being an sme doesnt really mean that you know everything or you know the solutions for all the customers problem. especially when problems has something to do with the system of the customers computer. but questions navigating the software is easier. lastweek i was tasked to do the kb id tracker and acd tracker. acd tracker is easier to do but the kb id tracker takes lot more job coz you have to look at every case that my coleagues did. doing the kb id tracker is really a mess. and I did the tracker yesterday and it took me the whole shift to do it. todays shift i am not activated as sme so i have time to surf the net more and read blogs. and here is one blog site i've read today from antons blog

gone for the week end

i usually spend my weekend in baras rizal a town before tanay rizal. i went motoring sunday afternoon just to gas up so i did bring with me my helmet. but then after i gas up i just thought of going somewhere that ive never been into. i decided to go straight down the highway. until i reach a crossing. both ways leads to laguna. but i decided to turn right since ive never been into that place. it leads to pililia and jala jala rizal. both towns reflect the simplicity of life. in the



province. no jollibee no mercury drugs store. just those simple karenderia that you can find the market. small drug store and small business for ahrware. you can see people along the street conversing with their neighbors. children playing on the side walks or on the steet since there is not much vehicles. not only that you can see the simplicity of there life but you can actual feel it when you try to observe them.

going farther to jala jala you will pass by the abandoned infrastructure of shell and an electric power plant. along way the highway is covered with branches of tress on both sides of the road.

also one side of the higway is the laguna de bay and on the other side are the mountains from where cool fresh air is comin from. on both sides you can see rice fields.

monday morning i went motoring again i went up to the mountains of tanay to look for the known daranak falls. i kept my eyes for any signs of daranak falls till i finally found it. the way to the falls is concrete but half of it is already rough road. the view was breath talking looking at the mountains and the trees along the way. arriving at the place i immediately entered the the resort and explore the place. it took almost an hour to explore the place. i took pictures and videos around the place. going back home although the way was uphill and rough was not that difficult but one thing made me nervous was that when going uphill i saw that the gas was blinking indicating that i almost out gas. but i was wrong its just that the indicator did have the right reading when going up since all the gas went on the backside of the tank...

next stop will be somewhere in laguna..... while finishing this blog z gores just won against ortiz...

my ate just left last week for qatar with her husband and daughter. and tomorrow my elder brother will be goin back for riyadh with his wife. they leave me additional responsibilities aside from being a guardian of my niece and nephew. i need to pay the bills not just on our house in marikina but also in the new building that they bought. also i need pay monthly the payment for that new building they bought from the bank. since the building needs repair so i need to supervise the repair and all the expenses needed. another thing we had our new house maid, the problem is she doesnt know how to cook food that we are used to here manila since she came from our province. so i need to help her out how and what food to cook for us. shes already old at the age of around 55 plus and i worry how she's gonna buy all the needs for cooking for the whole week during sunday where sometimes i am not in marikina since i am always in baras to acompany the mother of my sister's husband during weekends.

well let's see if i can take care of these responsibilities that i have.
