jun 22 2:15am, its my break time for 15 minutes. Just a few minutes ago i had a coaching session with my SME. I was the topnotch among the rest for that needs to be coach for violations hehehe. Not really that grave but not following some of the newly implemented rules. Well there are new rules given to us to be followed, i find it difficult to do so especially we are given only a few minutes on call logging so there is not time to finish the logs for each calls. What they want is to make different cases for different issues of the customer. so what if the customer is calling about 5 issues, do they want us to make 5 different cases and we are only given 2 minutes to log the call? Wow!! They should think about it. Anyway the coaching was done already and have given my reason why is it so. Now am back from break and need to login but still no calls comin in.
today will be last day for the week and am goin home negros for a week vacation. With me is my brother and his family. Our flight schedule is 6pm so we’ll arrive late in the evening today.
I feel excited and not excited. Am not sure to how to describe the feeling exactly but its just that I am excited that well having a family reunion and the whole family well be complete. Not excited because my family wanted me to resign in my current job for the reason that they worry about my health that I stay late at night working. So I worry of what’s gonna happen when I arrived home this evening.
Am I gonna enjoy my vacation or they’re gonna fry me until I decide to resign.
Am I gonna see my ex-girlfriend because she’ close to my family so probably they want her to be present in the gathering.

last night i woke up at 1150pm and that is 10min before my shift starts which is too bad... and i was late again for the 6th time in this quarter. we are only allowed for 3 lates in a quarter but i made more than that so... am expecting to recieve a CITE form from my supervisor which may affect my promotion which is bad for me. no promotion no raise of salary..:( i hate this new sched that we have and we're gonna be having this for the next 6 months from 12midnight to 9am..

i just found out yesterday that using the urge in windows media player 11 only allows you to create 3 accounts for free on the same computer. once your 3 free acounts is already expired then you can no longer create another accnt and you will have to pay for it already... :(

Working in call center and if there are no calls comin could sometimes be boring. So the only to make yourself stay awake is to drink coffee or any drinks with caffeine or chatting with your seatmates or have fun chatting on the chatroom.in my case its worst, I’m cast away from the rest of the team. My team is in one quadrant where they could have fun when there are no calls comin while I am alone on the other quadrant together with the other teams whom I don’t know since every week people in my quadrant are constantly moving from one quadrant to another… so I am listening to musix online. I am using AOL Music and windows media player. What is good about windows media player 11 versions is that you can download and listen to unlimited songs. Just look for the artist and you’ll have all their songs. The songs are categorized by artists, albums, genre, song titles and year. Though there is a payment for it but you can try the free trial version for 14 days and you can listen to unlimited songs. You can download songs but it can’t be converted to mp3. If my trial version expires what I usually do is create another account using any email address even if it’s non-existing. So why don’t y0u try it and have unlimited songs . J

we have a change of shift for the month of june from 9pm to 12am shift. its a bit difficult to adjust to the 12am shift because i have been in the 9pm shift for past 6 months and suddenly there is a sudden change of schedule but that's ok i'll get use to it. so what happened last night, well i just got this frustrated customer calling about her problem in her software that it closes when she merge names of her contact person in the program. i was verifying her information and i could hear her taking a deep breath. i can sense that this will not be a good call. so when i asked her more info about the problem she doesnt wanna explain to me further about the problem anymore. so inorder for not to be eaten by the frustation of the customer i stand firm that i should ask her further info to better know what she's exactly doing that leads to the problem. but the frustrated no longer wanna talk to me so he gave the phone to her boss who was able to explain to me further about the problem. her boss was very nice that she allowed me to ask more further to better solve the problem in less than 5 minutes. so it was a good thing that the caller gave the phone to her boss to trouble shoot the problem coz if not we would have been on a long call. and on the last call that i have for the day which lasted for 2 hours and was even escalated to my supervisor due to a problem that was found to be a glitch on the program. i find it hard to duplicate the problem of the customer because i also had prob on my program which i would say is worst than what my customer has. fortunately i had one of our subject matter expert in tucson who was listening to that call and he was able to duplicate the customers problem that finally lead to a conlcusion that i was a glitch of the program.
